None whatsoever. Since there's no server or account involved, you can generate unlimited invoices daily at zero cost.

Logo upload is on our roadmap. Currently, your business name in bold at the top serves as a clean text-based header.
3. Does it calculate tax automatically?
Yes. Enter any tax percentage in the Summary panel and the tax amount and final total update in real-time before PDF generation.
4. Are invoices saved anywhere?
No. The PDF is generated entirely in memory and downloaded directly. Nothing is stored on GraphiKly servers.
5. Can this be used as a legally valid invoice?
For most jurisdictions, a proper invoice number, dates, party details, and amounts are sufficient. However, consult your local accounting laws — some regions require specific formats.
