1Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our services at GraphiKly. We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Our general policy allows you to request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase under specific circumstances. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2Acceptable Refund Causes

To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must generally be met:

  • The service or file provided was irretrievably defective or significantly different from the description.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same service.
  • Major technical issues on our platform prevented you from using the service.

3Exemptions

Several types of purchases are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Downloaded digital goods where the download has commenced.
  • Customized design services once work has officially begun.
  • Subscription renewals where you neglected to cancel prior to the renewal date.

4Processing Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
