Agreement to Terms
By accessing GraphiKly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our curated design marketplace.

License & Usage
Purchased templates are granted a personal or limited commercial license. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our original design assets as your own.

User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. GraphiKly reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards.

Fulfillment & Ordering
Our Creative Concierge service requires accurate input data. Orders placed via our platform or directly through WhatsApp are subject to our standard fulfillment policies. Delays in providing event details may result in extended timelines.

Intellectual Property
All content—including typography, layouts, cinematic video logic, and the 'Fulfillment Intelligence' workflow—remains the exclusive property of GraphiKly.

Liability & Warranty
GraphiKly provides assets 'as is'. While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
