Agreement to Terms
By accessing GraphiKly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our curated design marketplace.
License & Usage
Purchased templates are granted a personal or limited commercial license. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our original design assets as your own.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. GraphiKly reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards.
Fulfillment Services
Our Creative Concierge service requires accurate input data. Delays in providing event details may result in extended fulfillment timelines beyond the standard 48-hour window.
Intellectual Property
All content—including typography, layouts, cinematic video logic, and the 'Fulfillment Intelligence' workflow—remains the exclusive property of GraphiKly.
Liability & Warranty
GraphiKly provides assets 'as is'. While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
Standard of Service
Our platform is built on professional integrity. We aim to provide high-performance design utilities that respect both intellectual property and the creative needs of our community.
1. Proper Use of Assets
GraphiKly assets are intended for your specific event branding. Any unauthorized reproduction for the purpose of starting a competing marketplace or template library is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
2. Payment & Transactions
All transactions are processed through our secure encryption layers. By initiating a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. Prices are subject to change based on marketplace demand and promotional windows.
3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to service fulfillment or asset quality should first be directed to our WhatsApp support concierge. We strive to resolve all creative concerns within 24-48 business hours.
