Overview

This agreement governs your use of all digital assets, templates, and courses purchased or downloaded from GraphiKly. By accessing our products, you agree to these terms.

Personal Use

You may use our templates for any personal, non-commercial projects. This includes personal social media accounts, hobby websites, and private event materials.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is permitted for creating end-products for your clients or your own business. However, the final design must be significantly modified from the original template.

Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing our raw templates, assets, or courses, even if modified. They cannot be offered in a competing marketplace.

Intellectual Property

GraphiKly retains all copyrights to the original templates and courses. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying IP.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the assets.
